Weekly Workout Summary
It’s been a few days since my last post, but my workouts continued almost as planned. Thursday morning I had my second follow-up doctor appointment after my minor surgery and was shut down from running for another two weeks. The healing process may take another three to four months.
Although I can’t preform my cardio as planned, my lifts continued…
- Tuesday – Shoulders
- Wednesday – Back
- Thursday – Arms
- Friday – Legs
I’ll continue to lift on a similar schedule this week, but cardio will be non existent setting back the Spartan training a bit.
